Refunds and Returns
Wicked Delights has a no-nonsense no-quibbles returns policy.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.
At Wicked Delights, you can cancel an order within 7 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund when the item is returned to us.
Unless items are defective, you return them to us at your expense.
Alternatively, you may arrange for us to collect the goods from you, but a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods.
The Wicked Delights DifferenceYou may exchange products for any reason for up to 7 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 7 days.
For hygiene reasons Wicked Delights cannot accept returns of adult toys, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened.
Returning lingerie and sexy clothingWhat if your Wicked Delights lingerie doesn't fit? No problem!
We're happy for you to try on lingerie and sexy clothing -- please keep your own knickers on! -- to see if it fits and if it's the right colour.
You must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item. Please return the unwanted, unused and unlaundered items to us within 7 days for alternative products or refund.
Returning Slimming Tubes & Pants
As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of Slimming Tubes, pants and other items in the Beauty code range if you have opened the seal as these items cannot be returned to their "normal state" once tried on.
Defective ItemsIf the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will provide you with a returns code and address.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are working.
Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.

To return an item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a returns address.
Please return your item by Recorded Post as we cannot be held responsible for items which are not delivered to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
